That's a very big and impressive bench in the last pic. Good job on your hard work over the years. Where do you want to go from here?

Thanks again guys. My goal is to break the APA state bench record in the 242's this year. Its a big goal but I think I can do it. I would like to stay at the top of the weight class without having any more body fat.
as a side not on body fat, I weighed 241 the day of my first contest and benched 120lbs less than my current best at 235.

Thanks man. Ive had my ups and downs but I have stuck with it. Ill have to add a couple more pretty soon, on binging my way back up to 240+

You went from kinda skinny/schlubby to big man arms with a thick neck and an overall much more impressive appearance. I would've guessed more than 30ish lbs. You look way bigger and stronger.

i dont see where everyone sees the difference
jk man great progress.
Must've had to get rid of that talon in the garage though, as it seems as you wouldnt fit in it now and it'd probably be scraping the pavement.
