check out these 3 different sources all showing the protein content of 4oz of cooked chicken breast.
ONE (http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/poultry-products/703/2) 36g
TWO (http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/calories/chicken-breast-grilled-or-chargrilled-per-gram-7922216) 42g
THREE (http://dailyburn.com/nutrition/chicken_breast_4_oz_calories) 21.9g
I mean i understand there are going to be difference between brands etc but that's a huge swing in different directions from reputable sources..
???? how hard is it to get the straight answer ????
