I just wanted to take the time to say HI and introduce myself. A friend told me about this board and said it would be alot of help in my new fitness goals. Thanks Spidey ;) So anyways just to let you all know I'm from a very small town in Michigan by Lake Huron but at the moment I'm at school, Michigan State University.
