Hi I am 16, 5'8" 160 lbs and bench 140x5, squat 195x5 and deadlift 195x5
I am currently on starting strength and drinking a gallon of milk/day... but was wondering after this program (maybe about 200x5 bench, 315x5 squat, 405x1 deadlift) what kind of program should i go on to?

just...... keep...... lifting
lift as heavy as you can, with the best form you can achieve, and as often as you can
then..... keep...... eating
eat as much as you can, as clean as you can, and as often as you can
I started at 16 too. It took me a year to hit those numbers you're hitting too. ( I was 6'5" and 165#... not exactly built like a brick shithouse)
by 23 I hit 810-485-625 in a meet
now at 26 ( almost 10 years in now) I just hit 965-705-683
If I can do it, so can you. Just keep at it. Look for an established team around your area too, having real life experienced lifters help you can take you way farther than you will go alone.
we just had a 16 year old kid come out to lift with the Frantz team..... he started with 300 ( about 6" high)-220-300 and just did his first meet ( AAPF Illinois state) wearing really light gear ( old school frantz poly suit and single ply shirt) and went 460-310-407 after 6 months working with us.

My best advice is not to quit Starting Strength until you absolutely cannot run it anymore. And I'm talking about resetting and taking several runs at it like Rip recommends. You'll never make gains like you can on that program ever again. I got off it too early becaue I thought I was ready to move on to another program and it short-circuited what I could have achieved by running it into the ground.
