Never tried it but I follow his training and I really like his style and think it makes sense.

I like it so much I quit the program I was doing for a feb meet and went to Mr. Schwabs program. It's laid out with percentages and all.

I got his program. Started with the 6th week out from a competition I will be doing. Just gonna bench at this one. I will do a little abreviated. I'm gonna do the ME part, I like my DE that I do. You can see my log.

He is a good lifter. I have trained with him a few times. He's much better with a bench shirt than anything, but still always hits 2x bodyweight or more raw.
