I thought it was a Leviathan, but his has a black bottom.
Does he wear the briefs outside of his suit?
And if so is there any benefit to that as opposed to under the suit?

And that is rather cleaver to spray paint the bottom if its true.

I believe it's a fabric dye.

I'm not sure how well spray painting your suit would work if you were planning on trying it
