10lb PR from 415, didn't feel bad, I came up on my toes a little but corrected it when I noticed it, you can see a little rock, probably not the best thing to do, but I need to stay on my heals, it just feels smoother. I also opened my stance a little as well.

Yep sit back more on the heels and come up with the head first not hips.

I felt, and looking back at the 415 vid, I went lower in this one. It's hard to tell because of the shorts, but I pulled them up before this and watched myself on the screen of my laptop, and it looked slightly below parallel with my cardboard box set up there. It's definitely lower than my 415 attempt. This felt so much better than the 415 did, everything felt tighter. Just gotta get some mechanics worked out and it'll be there.
Also, box squats are in order I think to get speed outta the hole, agreed? You can see once I get out of the hole I explode to lock out, it moves rather quick from there. Just gotta get down, and blow up through the roof.
