I competed last saturday at the SPF quest for ultimate glory in lynnwood wa.
The same meet mark bell totalled 2600 at.
I posted a lot of videos leading up to the meet to get feedback from the more experienced lifters here and got a lot of good feedback, I wanted to post the whole video and results to get any more feedback or opinions on what I can do to improve. Thanks for all the suggestions so far.

My last meet was 560,450,530 so this was pretty successful. Any input is appreciated.
