Too much Zinc if you take the Multi plus ETS?

It seems that with the multi, you're 30 mg of zinc everyday... with ETS you're getting the same (15mg/serving).


So, if you take both at once, you're at 60mg of zinc a day....or about 400% of the daily recommended intake.

Is this a high enough total to reach toxicity? I'm already taking ETS. Just wish I could find a multi without zinc.

Unless you are dieting or eating horribly don't worry about the multi.

I've been taking ETS and the Multi-Plus for the past 2 weeks. Is the excess Zinc going to harm me in anyway?
