Hey all,
Just did a meet this past weekend and it took ALOT out of me.It was a 7 hour drive, all day. Even leading up to it, for 3 months I was very strict with my diet, training. Though I did get 2 P.R's. I thought I would do better. My next meet is in late June, but I feel tired and no desire to work out right now. Should I take off a few days, weeks? I was curious to what most of you guys do.
Any advice?
