3rd attempts for both. Not bothering to put the bench up because it was 270, which I believe we all probably did in 10th grade. Squat is actually a walked out, non knee wrap PR, and dead is an all time pr. Not bad for only pulling as heavy as 465 for 5 in training for the past 5 months.

I didnt bench 270 until I was 26 :(. I started lifting at 24 though...
But I would estimate my bench in 10th grade to be about 55 pounds.

Chevelle it was 505 squat and 605 dead. Mike, had you been lifting back then, you would be over 400 by now for sure. I think I actually broke 270 in 11th grade on the way to 300, and unfortunately haven't gone much past since. At least now I have a reason to be where I am at. Once I increase my pushing and pulling capacity, it should get better. The lift did look easy on video.

That was a sick squat, totally surprised me. I was expecting slightly below parallel, but that was deep!
The deadlift was sick, too.
Nice work!

You're probably right :(.
Damn, what a waste! Not too late for me though.
Looks like all that rolling and stretching helped you out in this meet. The deadlift looked smoother than your last meet.

Nice job mate!
Three things best not to discuss on the internet; religion, politics, and squat depth.
Mike, it felt a lot heavier this time, but I don't feel anywhere near full strength yet either, so that is encouraging.

This one was in the 242. Didn't want to mess around at all with dropping weight, but I was at 228. The other meet I did was at 220 in the fall. Depending on how the summer goes, I will either be a heavy 220 or heavy 242 at my next meet, which looks like it will be in August.
