View Full Version : Help with a bulk diet

hey everyone, im a bit unsure what kind a numbers re protein carbs and fat etc i should be consuming a day. my maintainence level is 1750kcal a day, im currently 150lbs and looking to gain around 20lbs. my diet is pretty non existant at the moment and i need help with that too. ive not got the money to eat fast food and rump steaks all day and i hate fish but apart from that im willing to try anything.

ive started trying to make my own diet which is as follows:

meal 1 100g instant oats, 30g whey protein, 250ml milk, 1 tbl peanut butter, 2.5g creatine with 250ml water

pre workout banana/blueberry muffin

post workout 30g whey, 2.5g creatine, 250ml water

meal 2 100g pasta, 1 chicken breast

meal 3 50g chashew nuts, 2tbl peanuts butter

meal4 i currently have whatever the family has but im willing to sacrifice this if anyone has any good quick ideas

meal 5 250ml milk and 2 tbl peanut

this accounts to around 2500kcal 150g protein 250carbs 90g fat

i occasionally eat a sneaky mc donalds once a week which im fine with as im not looking to clean bulk.

this is my first try at a diet so go easy on me but please be truthfull and help.
