Good difference with the before. How long have you been lifting for?

Thanks for the replies. Been lifting on and off for 11 years. Consistently for 1.

I appreciate the honesty. I thought maybe a little more mass in the back shot, but looking at em you're right.
Routine goes about like this:
Day 1 - Legs
Squats 3-6x3
Leg press 3x6-10
Seated leg curls 3x6-10
Calf raises(seated, standing, whatever) 3x6-15
Glute/ham raises 3x6-15
Day 2 - Chest
DB incline press 3x3-10
DB incline flies 3x6-12
Cable crossovers 2 sets
Pec deck 1-2 sets
Day 3 - rest
Day 4 - Back
Pullups 5x3-8(however many I can do)
Chest supported t-bar rows 3x3-10
Isolateral HS row(one arm at a time) 3x3-10
Pulldowns 1-3x10-15
Biceps 1-3 sets
Day 5 - Delts/triceps
DB overhead press 4x3-12
Side laterals 3x6-15
Side lateral machine 2x8-15
Face pulls 2x10-15
Cable pushdowns 4x3-12
Dip machine 3x3-8
Tricep machine 1x10-15
Day 6 - rest
Day 7(or 8) repeat
Nothing really set in stone, I'll do more or less sets/reps/etc depending on how I feel. The first 2 exercises are the main work, everything else is generally fluff to get some more volume in and teh pump. Diet is fairly clean, lean meats, complex carbs, plenty of nuts, fruit, veggies, and skim milk. I have the occasional cheat meal and I'll have a beer when its appropriate, but I've lost 8lbs in the last couple months steadily so I think its going well.
Changes? Advice?
