I've been really busy working in our basement getting things prepping for the waterproofers to come in on May 9th. I aggrevated my sciatic nerve problem moving stuff out to the storage room and didn't squat last week. DLed ok on friday. Had a real good BP night tonight. 1st successful night in a shirt. Used my 1st 2 ply super Katana. It was custom fitted at about 290ish lbs. so it's a little big right now. That's working out fine for this point.

Bench Press 4-25-11 Monday Bwt. 264

135 x 12

225 x 5

275 x 1

285 x 1

Add Super Ram

315 x 1

340 x miss

Changed to customed Super 2 ply Katana (old one, not grid stitched)

340 x 1 @ 2 boards

405 x 1 @ 2 boards! This was awesome at this point!!!!! Just over 4 1/2 months after the shoulder replacement!

Green Band Assisted Dips

3 sets x 12

I'm real happy with this workout!

Are you pain free now?

The only pain at this point is from the arthritis in my AC joints (both shoulders). It seems to be lessening each week. It effects me at lockout but not from there to the chest. Doctor Meyers said he didn't address the arthritis when we did the surgery. If it keeps improving steadily I'll be fine with it. If it's still an issue when I go back in June I'll ask him what he thinks about a cortisone injection in the ACs. Except for that, it's way better than my other shoulder. That's the only pain there.
