Hello,
I have been lifting roughly 3 years in the off and on slackish type of way until 2 months ago.
Finally I feel I am in a groove for consistency that can not be broken, and feel as if my diet although. Not the greatest is alot better then before. I have lose 17lbs in the previous 2 months by creating a good calorie deficit, which wasn't hard considering before hand I was eating fast food a guaranteed 2-3 meals a day. Now I will post my diet for members to review as well as post some constructive criticism.

9 A.M. 3 eggs cooked to please, half serving of corned beef hash. 350/ 25
12 A.M. protein shake, yogurt, small portion of fruit. 350/ 37
3 P.M. ham turkey or roast beef sandwich on dreaded white bread, more fruit. Calories and protein vvary
The problem lies after 3 pm as I work till 630 I get out of work and usually on gym days 5 days a week don't get my next meal until 9 o'clock. I try and get fruit in before workout, but slack usually.
9 P.M. grilled chicken or steak, 1-2 various sides rice pasta chicken alfredo.
on workout days ill drink a second protein shake as well.

Wouldn't mind putting on some weight slowly while losing some body fat.
