View Full Version : Goal 180 pounds

To start things off I weigh 145 pounds and I am about 5'8 more or less and I have the goal of 180 pounds with a bf% of 11.
I am 18 with no prior hard core lifting experience but I have done military and other style workouts and did two years of muay tai kick boxing. I know I posted a previous thread but here are my before pics. I am not ripped nor am I built but I hope to gain some knowledge on this site. ha I know the pics are pretty bad.

You should have no problem getting to 180. You look athletic, you should be able to pick up weight training quickly. Get yourself some whey protein and hit the gym man! Haha, my advice EAT ALOT and Lift ALOT! Good luck man

good base & frame. try to carefully sift through the barrage of bullshit in your other thread. i recommend you take a look at the diet stickies.. there is a thread by behemoth that has what you need to lok at
