So, at this weekend's meet BIG Jake Anderson hit a crazy 2,750 lbs total. Brandon Lilly hit an 805 lbs bench (was bench only) and Amy W. set the all-time raw total at 148, John Shackelford got his pro total with 2,250 lbs! Another HUGE meet!

Jake is an amazing lifter. I knew early on, he was going to be a star. I watched him do incredible things, and just bust his ass constantly. None of this surprises me. Congrats to my friend, you deserve it!

I was at the meet and Jake Anderson did a awesome job! His last DL was also the highest DL in the history of Westside. I was also impressed with Amy W lifts she has broke tons of records in gear and now she is breaking records raw.

Amy's last pull was pretty amazing. I don't think I've ever seen such a long grinder in the DL and not have someone pass out. She just kept pulling and inch by inch that thing went up.

Jake is a stud. I really enjoy training with Jake. He's an extremely dedicated and consistent worker. Very motivating to be around.

Once Brandon gets back on track with his squat I think you'll seem some very impressive total numbers out of him in the future.
