The first picture of me is from Spring 2007, Freshman year of college, weighing in at about 160. Here I am, 4 years later, after all sorts of fluctuation in weight (I was at 190lbs at around 20% bf a year ago) and in dedication to training. I've been very dedicated over the past 5 months or so, and have undoubtedly developed an addiction to the gym. My short term goal is to cut down to 10-11% bf, and then start a nice long clean bulk. I have a long way to go, but I'm looking forward to the challenge.

5'11, 162 lbs. Any guesses on bf?

If those bottom pics are current, I wouldn't worry about doing any sort of cut at all.

Just keep at it man, you are doing great as is. Just make sure you are getting the food (clean as you can) and plenty of rest. You are on the right track so don't worry too much and enjoy the ride man.

I agree, no need to cut. Just go on a clean diet that has you in a slight surplus and keep gaining muscle while keeping your BF% the same. Good work, thats a good transformation. Just think most guys don't see differences like that in 10 years of training, you should be proud of that.

Thank you! I was thinking more around 12-13% but maybe you're right. My legs are not all that impressive, I'll post some pics up later today. Lagging a little.

Thanks for the kind words man. I wish I had been committed over the past few years, but I'm happy with the recent progress and can't wait to see what progress lies ahead.

Nice work, JM. I'd say you're no more than 12%. No need to cut right now....just keep putting on the mass slow and steady.
