ive been doing a very clean bulk at 300cal above maintenance at 2550cal a day. i know it seems low but thats what has been working for me. my breakdown for the last few weeks has been 40% carbs, 35% protein, 25% fat. should i leave it there or change it to 40/40/20?

If it's working, why change it?

Don't change what is working well.

An aside note though - Percentages are not usually the most optimal way to track and adjust macros. It's more about just knowing what nutrients your body needs, just because calories go up does not mean that all three macros should always go up in a set percentage breakdown.

I can absolutely guarantee you that a 5% change is within the margin of error of your measurement. Which means this will make no difference whatsoever.
