Just an idea I was curious about.

You always hear about people having low back pain, and its a bad thing. We as lifters lift hard and want have sore legs the day after squats, and a sore chest after benching. So anyhow the other week After doing heavy deads the next day my low back was real sore, and I thought this isnt good, but yhen I thought well I just worked it hard it should be sore right? So has anyone else thought about this in that way.

My lower back is sore after every workout, especially bench. If it aint hurting, your not tight enough.

ya thats what I'm talking about, how us as lifters see low back pain as opposed to overweight people slumped in a chair at a computer all day
