Just an idea I was curious about.
You always hear about people having low back pain, and its a bad thing. We as lifters lift hard and want have sore legs the day after squats, and a sore chest after benching. So anyhow the other week After doing heavy deads the next day my low back was real sore, and I thought this isnt good, but yhen I thought well I just worked it hard it should be sore right? So has anyone else thought about this in that way.
