ive been doing a clean bulk of 300 cal above maintenance. normally i lift 4 days a week and do cardio the other 3 days, but today it is monsooning outside so kinda hard for me to go out running. since ill mostly be sitting around the house today should i eat less than my normal 300+ since im using a lot less energy?

How ever many calories you burn on your run typically is what you need to subtract from your diet. If that is 300 calories, then take that away.

It's not even worth trying to factor in for one day. Just do as you have been doing and don't get finicky and drop 200 calories because you didn't do this or add 120 calories because you did that.
