Hello.
I though I would share my traning journal with you guys at wannabebig. I have been lurking around at these forums for some weeks now, and I though this is a good place to get some feedback on diets / workout / etc..
I'm currently into my 6'th week into my strenght traning (5x5 SL).
Couldent find anything about linking to a blog in the rules. But if it is not legal I'll remove the link asap :)

Either way I'll post the same results and updates here, so lets start with my diet + workout routine.
Current Diet:
2646 kcal
165,35 bw (75kg)
248 proteins (1.5 x 165,35)
115g fat (0,5 x 165,35)
155g carbs
Breakfast: 50gShake, 3dl milk, 70g Oatmeal, green te.
P: 55 F:23 K:61g
Snack: 100g peanuts
P:25 F:53 K:7,77
Lunch: 170g (1can) tunafish + isbergsalad + 75g rice + 100g random saus
P:42 F:11,5 K:27
Snack2: 2xegg
P:12 F:10 K:0
Post workout: 50gShake + 1x banana
P: 41 F:4 K:32g
Dinner: 200g ChickenFilé + 75g rice + 50g Brocoli + 100g random saus.
P:55 F:12,5 K:26
Pre-bed: 30g Casein
P:26 F:0 K:1
Workout Routine:
StrongLifts 5x5 Sets & Reps
