I am enjoying my 3rd resurgence at working out to become strong and healthy. Bent over rows seem to be a mystery for me. I certainly do them but it seems when I look up videos to get assistance I am getting different thoughts.
Question 1: Over hand grip or under hand grip? Why workout partner says underhand is better but the videos I am watching are showing over hand grip. What is the difference?
Question 2: Do you let the weight rest on the floor between each rep?
Question 3: What kind of back angle is best? I read parallel with the floor but I am also hearing 45 degree angle.
I am mainly worried about not getting hurt but also making sure I am hitting the back correctly. Any information would be much appreciated. Thanks.
