I'm 6'2. 24 y/o. right now I'm 247. Was 226 on stage in April and 221 on stage in May at the Cutler.

Diet, more specific training (weightsxsets, etc.), supplementation, etc.

You look real good, Zar. I think with some more size on the legs (hams specifically) and back you'd be pretty tough to beat. You nailed your conditioning.

Thank you RBB, Thats the goal for this growth season. I my legs need size, back needs thickness all over, upper chest, and tricep mass....
