A question asked by someone to me. And i was unable to answer hum. And really wanted to know what is the answer. What are mushrooms filled with protein or carb?

Mostly water and then a tiny bit of each.

think of them like other veggetables... like brocolli..... water, fiber, trace of protein. trace of sugar. Super healthy

rephrase.... think of them like vegetables, even though they are fungi.... fiber, trace protein, trace sugar.
