Back in February, I had a lifting competition. It didn't go so well, and I got discouraged, but I still took the learning experience. It was my first competition. I made the mistake of dropping 16 lbs prior to the competition. I only pulled 370 on my 2nd lift, failed at 405. I finally have gotten my strength back and more! Its weird, but one month ago, I failed on 365. At that moment I was pissed. I don't know how I got stronger in one month, a lot, but last week I pulled 405 for one. Today, I said fuck it, loaded the bar and pulled that shit for 3!
