Finally pulled 500! 4x using 35 lbs plates.

Trying to pull 600 in 8 weeks. Between all the reverse bands, front squats,600 is going up!!

Started pulling Sumo 3 months ago as well. Deadlift went from 540 to 570 already.

Nice!

My pull is moving along as well, erector work and abs is paying off but just hitting every possible type of deadlift seems to be working even better than I had expected.

oh yea?? Whats your routine look like?? I have been doing good mornings as well as a ton of abs as well. My routine has been pulling with 35;s(defcit) pulls followed by the next week of reverse bands pulls.

I am using a Titan Velocity and an Inzer TRX. Going back and fourth with both of them. Not sure which one works best yet.

Just a heck of a lot of pulling really but also lots of upperback abs etc.

I pull heavy at least once a week (pull twice)

I hit every variation I can come up with either raw, in briefs or suit:
block pulls with or with-out bands
deficit pulls with or with-out bands
speed pulls
ultra wides
conventional
sldl

Everything seems to work so I just keep mixing it up.

Hit 515x3 using 35 lbs plates and hit 555x1 for a nice easy single

Do you find deficit pulls help your grip? I'm having issues so I was contemplating rotating them in...


Keep us updated, sounds like youll have a big pull in the future.

They all help. I find that chalk helps me the best. I also have a 200 lb gripper at my desk that I use at my desk.

Got 675 using light blue bands. Tried 700, but just missed.
