I have been packaging on some serious weight eating dirty and the price of doing so is starting to become too much. Switching my meats from steak and salmon to cheap, dirty high fat ground beef.

Recipe I currently make are:

-Burgers
-Chilli
-Slop (beef, cheese, rice, veggies)
-Spaghetti
-Meat Balls
-Tacos

I am sick of these..so let's hear some additional recipes. If it's not over 1,000 calories per serving, don't waste our time!!!

-Slop (beef, cheese, rice, veggies)
one of my favorites. youve really covered all the major items

i recently switched to 94/6 ground turkey.. i became so sick of the taste/texture of beef and chicken and its a nice alternative and costs about the same as 93/7 ground beef

you could try a shepards pie.. which basically uses the same ingredients as slop but in a slightly different way.

could make a ww lasagna casserole type thing also

This a good recipe that is very different from what most people eat for chili:
Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 1/3 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
5 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion salt
2 teaspoons steak sauce
1 quart water

Directions
Place all the ingredients in a large pot and simmer for several hours (more is better, I usually do about 4hrs).

Pile it high with cheese and serve pasta or hotdogs or Fritos.

I need to do something like that for a while...I am SICK of chicken and rice. Beef/rice/lentils and cheese was one of my favorites for a long time. Cheap and easy to make and it was good.

Ever since I switched over to ground turkey a year or so ago, I prefer it over everything (except a nice cut of steak). Its cheap as hell, $2 per pound, lean, and I honestly think it tastes better than ground beef.

It's the only thing I havent gotten sick of eating. Ground beef gets old real quick, and I still feel sick just thinking about chicken and I havent had a chicken breast for probably 3 months.

I absolutey HATE chicken breasts.
Ground turkey with taco seasoning mixed with brown rice is awesome.
