Diet:
Egg whites for break feast (Didn't measure) w/ milk and french decaf
Post gym glass of milk/french decaf
Before work a few tbl spoons of peanut butter covered in raw oats
During work slices of shaved turkey and pineapple
After work Chicken leg and mac and cheese and a cup of wine
And 1 slice of pizza forced onto me by my friends grandmother (FAIL)
1 Nitrean protein shake at around 11:30~12:00 pm

Gym: Off

Diet:
3 tbl spoons of egg whites (Seems like way too little).
2 large table spoons of peanut butter covered in raw oats.
Good sized glass of milk + decaff coffee.
4oz of shaved maple honey turkey
Apple

Milk + decaff

1 cup of decaff coffee (I am fucking starving)
