Thoughts on the Tate press? Feedback, results and thoughts? I added the exercise. today in my routine

They dont work for me. Maybe I just dont do them right but it feels like a really short rom and unless I do really high reps I dont feel it in my tris enough. I can do a ton of weight compared to the other extension movements. Other exercises stretch them more at the bottom. It might be cuz I have relatively short arms too.

I like them. Safe on the elbows and hit that area around the elbow that is crucial for lock out strength.

I have relatively short arms as well and didn't start feeling them until I started adding reps. 30's for 20 reps, few sets of those and I'm good to go. I really enjoy them.

I don't feel them like other extensions, but sometimes the tri's could use a little break. I have been throwing them in as assistance once a month or so.

I donīt like them. I prefer the JM extensions that work the same portion of the tri near the elbow.

JM Extensions are definitely nice. I like to mix it up.
