Has anyone ever tried the Kashi brand frozen pizza? I have some around and I decided to look at the nutrition facts while it was warming up and I realized it had 42 grams of protein in it (assuming you eat the entire thing, which is pretty easy to do).

Here's the nutrition facts: http://www2.kelloggs.com/ServeImage.aspx?BID=73615&MD5=fe4de1783db6d979b0b14441cc262c8f

It seems like a pretty solid food as long as you can afford a high carb meal. What do you guys think?

For a high carb meal, it's awesome. I do love some Kashi foods on carb days. Pretty quality stuff.

I think you can buy the pizza from most local supermarkets. I got mine from Wegmans but I probably could've gone to Tops as well. If you can't seem to find a place try checking out their site for more info: http://kashi.com/products/category/Pizza?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=kashi%2Bpizza&utm_content=search&utm_campaign=Kashi%2BFrozen%2B-%2BBrand

The store locator is in the top right of that page. There was also a recall on some pizzas, so the bad ones shouldn't be in stores anymore, but there are plenty of good ones still available. I always go with the Margherita and luckily that wasn't on the list of recalled pizzas haha.

Yeah! And on the box I think it says "320mg of ALA - an Omega 3." So the whole thing has around 960mg of an omega 3 fat (I don't know what's a good amount of an omega 3 fat or not, but I'm assuming that's good for something in a pizza).

And thanks Falkner!
