Hey so I'm new here, and there seems to be so many contradicting theories about what will work / won't work. I'm 20 years old, and workout everyday, with cardio every few days.

How many calories / fat / carbs should I aim to intake in order to shed some fat?

Short answer...less than you need to maintain weight.
