I have recently bought 5/3/1 powerlifting ebook and have read it cover to cover and am wondering how I should incorporate barbell shrugs into my routine I am doing the off season strength program in there with a few small variations, but I think I could put shrugs on either a dead day or squat day, any thoughts

I don't think it really matters. I'd likely just do them after deads b/c you'd already have the bar loaded. :) I'm lazy like that though.
