View Full Version : bulking progress, 10 weeks in

i started my bulk at 165lbs 10 weeks ago, not 100% sure what my weight is now since my scale broke, but i have gained atleast 9 lbs as of last week. im trying a very clean bulk so i dont have to cut super hard after. my stats before looked like this:
Barbell row- 195x4
Now my stats are:
Barbell row- 210x5

how you guys think the bulk is looking?

exactly a year ago i was 175 lbs 5' 7" probably around 18%bf. my lifts were:
dips- body only, 3x8
pullups- body only, 10 pull ups
today i am 170lbs 5' 7" and 13%body fat. my lifts are now:
dips- 20 added pounds 5x15
pullups- 25 added pounds 5x15
what do you guys think about my progress? seems normal for 1 year?
Above are the last set of stats that you posted, looks like you went down in a number of your lifts?

IDK what you're lookin at cards. He's gone up in all of his lifts. The bw he posted was in comparison to last year, then he dieted I guess, and now is bulking again. Hard to compare pics like that though, need to have them labeled to where we can click leg before and leg after, arm before and arm after, or be really suave and put them side by side, haha.
Edit: Disregard, what you quoted and what he posted are two different things, maybe he posted something different. hell idk.

@ cards- when i posted those stats i had just finished a cycle of anavar so i kinda leave those aside.
