Im 19 and ive been lifting seriously for 4 years...im 6'1 and around 250 lbs.... im maxing on bench at 315...dead lifting 405....havent doen squats since i tore my acl and maniscus a few years ago.... but im looking to get bigger and stronger with out adding fat.... i lift like 4 or 5 times a week....any help would be apreciated

To get bigger and stronger, gonna have to eat. Can be done several ways, just have to pick the way you want. Best bet would be to find a program, a solid program, a 5x5 program or 5/3/1 type program that will get you on a set routine for a good while. What kind of routine have you been doing before?

At your age you can recover really well..... eat more, train heavy and with lots of intensity. Sounds like you are plenty strong, I'd say to find a good team to train with who can guide you and help your form.

consumed all summer came back to school and every one tells me ive gotten bigger so i guess it worked....and just ordered size on anyone have any comments on takin that

size-on is a great product but it costs a lot of money per serving. i personally stick with BCAA's intra-workout as its much cheaper. i assume you're doing a decent program to achieve those strength feats. sounds like nutrition is whats most important to reach your goals.

6'1 250 is a big boy, you have a pretty big bench look into some deadlifting programs to get your pull up because at your size it'll come fairly easy

Hi to all.
i am carlz and i am also looking for to get big please suggest me should i use protein to get or simply start taking extra calories i.e weight gainers like mega mass etc i am 5feet 9in and weigh 120lb.what should i do.i am new to this community and seeking help.

and since my size has come up (seems like alot on my upper body) so has my strength on bench put up 315 for 3....so maxing at 335 maybe more?? dead lifts havent gone up due to my knee...but pretty happy with the gains so far

Your max is your max until you do something higher...so 315 it is. Try 335 and get back to us with the good news that it is 335 now! :hello:

I like the way you look at it haha im gona try it in a few weeks strained my chest a little bit about 2 weeks ago....so when I get back where i was il try for 335

so size on has done nothing for me....and im not takin any pre work out as of now but im goin to start on animal rage soon
