Z-MASS PM

i just bought a bottle of Z-MASS pm made by Ctyodyne and i was wondering of anybody else in here took this stuff and what kind of results did you get? thanx for any info!

I've never took it, but I would like to hear some comments. This is one supplement I would considering adding to my program.

The first thing you'll notice is, you will sleep a lot better which in itself is a great benefit. I feel like I was able to amp up my workouts a little bit while on it and I definitely feel better in the mornings. I have recently made some pretty big strength gains and I am concerned with recovery, muscle repair, and plateau avoidance, which led me to buy ZMassPM. I am satisfied with the results and would recommend it for those puposes. Its one of those good peripheral supplements.
Also, I seem to be sportin' a little more late night wood lately.

i recently bought soem by twin lab only because it was two bottles for $20. i didnt notice any diff. and felt groggy the next mornings after usage

Twin Labs don't make Z-MASS PM. Cytodone does.
