I've been a lurker off and on over the past couple years. I thought I'd fire up one of these to keep myself on track and have it public to hold myself accountable.
I don't have any specific/quantifiable goals at the moment (max bench 20923409 lbs, etc). Just to go from a slouch to a more powerful, faster, better looking version of myself. being weak for this long has made me sick and i'm fed up.

I've had few periods of solid lifting over the past few years, but something always took me away (injury, getting married... etc).

Some quick stats:
29 years old.
5'6
193.6lbs naked.
don't know what my body fat% is... (193lbs at 5'6 makes me sound like i'm probably morbidly obese, but i've got some fat on my waist and my back probably. ... will post pics soon)

LIFTING DAYS

Wake up:
Animal Cuts
1 scoop Protein

Pre-Lift:
1-1.5 scoop NO Xplode

Post-Lift:
1 scoop Cell Mass
2 scoops Protein

Animal Cuts (6 hours after I wake up)

Before Bed:
1 scoop Cell Mass
1 scoop Protein

NON-LIFTING DAYS

Waking up:
Animal Cuts
1 scoop Cell Mass
1 scoop Protein

2 scoops Protein (w/ Lunch)

Animal Cuts (6 hours after waking up)

Before bed:
1 scoop Cell Mass
1 scoop Protein
