Just wondering if chai seeds would be something that is good to add to my breakfast/ overall diet. Or are the better things.

Chia is fine if you like to eat it.

In a one ounce (28 g) sample, dried chia seeds protein (4g), fat (9g) (57% of which is ALA) and dietary fiber (11g).

Better for what?
