Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein...

Are these guys for real? In their ads, they claim that their protein is just as good as any other one and maybe even better; but only it's cheaper. I'm kinda lactose intolerant so does anyone know how it is on the lactose? As well, is the protein any good?

personally, I like it. I am currently using it and I am also using EAS simply whey vanilla cream. I like the simply whey much better though because it mixes easier with a spoon in water, and it doesn't leave me with a recurring aftertaste that I have experienced with optimum.

The best thing about optimum is the price...it's just powder but tastes pretty much like ass...I use it as long as I have a shaker or blender handy...otherwise I use zero-carb isopure which costs much more but much easier to mix and better tasting...although taste i don't much care about anyway as it's generally just powder and water.

I have taken Optimum for 2 to 3 years on and off...overall, its the best buy i've ever went for...I think it tastes pretty good too.
