Main goal is body recomposition: Lose fat , gain muscle.
Im starting to workout again, so it should be possible.
Im 5.11 , 200 pound.
1- Oatmeal + Egg white + 2 Egg yolk + Brocoli
2- Chicken + Yams + Aspargus
3-Chicken + Oatmeal + Brocoli
4-Chicken + Yams + Aspargus
Workout
5- Lean Steak + Yams + Brocoli
6- Egg white + Salad
Any tips? Or something i might need to change?
