Was talking to a doc about me taking Glutamine and he mentioned that they're using it now in ahlziemers patients to help them with their memory.

Anybody else know any more about this?

I seem to be about as forgetfull as I always was...:)

I use Glutamine but this is the first I've heard about memory effects.

It rocks - (cuts catabolism- something I cant feel of course) but I know it accelerates my recovery times.

there's a chemical/drug called pyroglutamate that aids test taking, dunno if they're related chemicals.
