A large amount of my diet is red meat..lean ground beef..sirlion steak..and some moose meat( I live and hunt in ALASKA)...im not a big yard bird fan so only a few chicken breast for me..I dont care for tuna as well..is this too much red meat..I personally like it..I had my cholestraol checked and it was pretty good..what do yall think???

If you are not eating to much of those bad fats. You do not have to worry about cholesterol. I rather eat red meat, than chips.

what sort of spelling was that?
Red meat is slower to digest IMO.
You may find it hard to lay cables eating so much red meat.
Chicken is the best vegetable around, and tuna...well tuna is the chicken of the sea.

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm mooose meat. I ecspecially like bear, and i heard these wild meats are very lean.
Can't go wrong on red meat, just cut off any visible fat.
