Good ALA dose?

I plan to start taking ALA during my next cycle what in your opinion is a good dose? I have heard of guys using around 3,000mg ED that seems like it would get to be rather expensive I paid $22 for 90 200mg caps. All advice would be greatly appreciated. By the way I will also be using Arimidex if that matters any.

I'd say the most common dosage is around 250-500mg. 3,000 seems a bit extreme.

if you are using it to get and stay into ketosis, i have had results with 2.5-3 grams a day. i got 300mg caps 180 count for 28.00 from nutriteam.
