For a couple days my kidneys are hurting. Could it be the creatine or also the large amounts of protein I am taking.

Hey guys drink the maximum glass of water and if you drink it than it is very good for your kidneys and it filters them and this is a very serious issue and as soon as you must consult with your physician.

Warren, do us a favor and try not to use run-on sentences. It's hard to read and makes you look like an idiot.
