Where else should i apply besides my chest and stomach? Also ive been using it for a day in a half should i feel or see any results? Should i even be sore from workouts?

I applyied some 1-test on my quad today i let it dry for 5 min. THen i put my pants on and i took them off a couple of minutes later and i could barely see the 1-test it rubbed off on my pants. What am i supposed to do if it rubs off on my clothes. Also is it ok to go to the tanning beds with this stuff on?

You shouldnt be able to see your 1-test at all once it is rubbed in. You need to spread it thinner.

Why take 1-test? Wouldn't the actual test gel be much more effective? I don't know much about 1-test.

First, and most importantly, 1-test is currently legal and available without a prescription. Two, straight testosterone, from what I recall, isn't terribly effective unless you're older and it's being used for HRT. From someone young, I don't think it would do much of anything(I'm not a steroid guy, though, so I could be mistaken here.) Many have reported quite astounding gains from topical 1-test products. Ive looked at all the feedback. Im surprised that there isnt more reading about the product. Ive been on it for three days now and ive losed weight. Also i dont feel any changes:cry: Should i bump the squirts up to 6?

It is now my fourth day on 1-test and i am sore from yesterdays workout!!!!!:mad: what is wrong with this stuff! I shouldn't be sore! How am I supposed to workout when im sore!

First of all the product even if it was total bull **** and ineffective (which it is NOT) would not have you losing weight. If you have lost weight you are not eating enough. Which if you recall is exactly what I said would happen. You would try the product without any kind of grasp on your diet and claim it is the product that is ineffective.

It all depends on you diet, though being on androgens will put you in a better position to do so then if you attempted to do so without.

TO be honest, what I see happening is you trying ONE, going half ass with diet, coming back here and bitching about how ONE doesnt do **** and it is a bull **** product.

WEll im eating like all day long so i dont know. I bought three boxes of Myoplex Low Carb Protein bars and i have been woofing them down. I eat so much. And ive been sticking to my diet. Ive had two cheat meals this week. But id say im definatly getting 1.5 of protein if not more. Those protein bars have 30g and i have like 5 a day. Ive been eating oatmeal, bars, eggs, shakes, steak, fish, pork chops. Ive been on it for 4 1/2 days now. I dont feel that much of a increase in strenght just a little. My arms and chest are so hard. Im working out everyday too. I lost another pound since yesterday. I started my cycle at 180 and now im 176.
Guess im just gonna have to eat more. Gosh its alot of eating.
WEll im always hungry so no problem. I bumped up to 12 squirts.

Ok so you are meeting your protein needs, but what about carbs and fat? How much of those are you getting? It does not matter how much protein you are eating, if you are hypocaloric you will lose weight. It has nothing to do with the product. You would see that if you took a little more time getting your diet in order (as many had and have since suggested).

Dude I can workout everday Par said that if we are on the hardcore dosing that we should spend more then 7 hours in the gym a week.

Yeh , I would agree that if you are on a high enough dose, you MAY have no problem lifting 7 hrs a week, but don't do it everyday. Go mon-fri or something man! When the hell do you recover? It doesn't matter how much steroids you're on, sure it's gonna cut your recovery time DOWN, but this doesn't mean you don't need ANY recovery time, you can't go non-stop.....

I think what PowerManDL was getting at is that in order to really be ready to take 1-Test you need to seriously have your diet, routine, and understanding of the product in order. It is obvious that you are not operating 100% with these things. Its not just about getting 1.5 body weight in protein and eating all the time. What ratio are you using? How many total calories? Where are your fats coming from? What kind of lifting are you doing? How intense? Figure out those things, then take the 1-Test.

Let me offer some feedback here. It will take around 7-10 days for it to kick it. When it does, you will know it. Weight starts to feel light. You will have a "pumped" feeling all during the day. If your using ONE (which if your going for mass, ONE+ would be better) then do 6 squirts twice per day. If you have ONE+ and you want to make it as strong as ONE (as far as the amount of 1-test) then try to get your hands on some 1-test base and add it to it. Give the product some time. You can't expect it to happen over night. You can't expect it if your not eating either!!!!

9 out of ten people dont get any intensity at all. that very well could be it, then make sure your eating plenty enough carbs and fats, you have a pre and post workout meal, you eat enough protein before you go to bed. and you get enough sleep
