Ive always felt weird about my arms. everyone i no says they are fine but whenever i look at them i see small. Im 6 foot 3, 260 pounds. i just feel my arms are small for my size. i measured them like a year ago and i beleive they were 17 or 18 inches. i forget. can you look at the pics and tell me the honest truth? thank you

Attachments don't work right now. You have to link them through an image service like imageshack.

attachements are working fine for me. if u say they are 17 or 18 inches then that isnt small. does look like you could add more muscle and drop some fat on them though to make them seem even bigger

I mean they look fine in comparison to your body. Don't sweat it.

They certainly aren't a standout bodypart.

this too...they kinda exist on your body. tone up and they will pop.

How are you 260? Don't look it. Arms are fine. Tone em up and you'll be good.

thank you. i actually lied about my weight...im 280 =/. i was 250 2 months ago...then i started drinkin protein and liftin an i shot up to 280. i no its not all cause of new mucle lol...that sounds like a dream come true. but i have gotten a lot stronger. its just weird cause i gained 30 pounds but i look exactly the same and still wear the same pant size....i can never undertsnad the human body

Just keep lifting, don't worry about "toning" the arms, lmao. Just get on a routine, lift, eat right, and watch all of you grow.
