I have been on Xen for almost 5 months and I am happy to say I have lost about 50 pounds so far. Now im about 228 and want to get down to maybe 180 solid.
I want to start adding Protein since I have been doing research I lift heavy 3 to 4 days a week.
This is what i want to no.
Since I have been on Xen for 5 months now is it safe to start taking Creatine and meso Tech protein which has about 52 grams per serving.
I want to lose more weight with the zen, gain muscle with creatine, and recover with the Meso tech is this how I should do it?
Im starting to se cuts and tone I never had before so i want to increase my muscle now fast and safe since i can finlly se them.
What should i do?
