Axcel (mixing the powder formula)

Hi Chris,

Can I pull out the capsule and mix the powder formula of "Axcel" for immediate absorption? Ok to mix with gatorade/creatine? If I did this, whats the estimated time window of affect to kick in?

We have not tested that, so I am not sure. I doubt the powder will be very soluble.

Gelatin capsules usually dissolve to the point where they can release their contents within 5-15 minutes in the stomach. Not worth the effort, IMO.

and here I am thinking it takes 1 hour because it says to take 1 hour prior to training if using for energy boost.
