So...
I weigh 180 pounds, height is 5'6, and my max clean+jerk is 175 pounds.
I have plans of competing in olympic-style weightlifting and I just want you guys to show me a good diet plan that DOES NOT GET ME FAT, even though the muscle gains will be significantly lower...
I would really appreciate feedback!
(P. S. I have some protein bars, protein powders, and Millenium Sport CRE-02 at my disposal.)
