Sorry for starting a new post over a simple issue but, I'm having some shoulder pain and I dont know how to help myself in this situation. Pain starts when moving arm (extended) in the range 1 foot below and 1 foot above shoulder heighth. It's just a nagging little thing that I want to try to stop lol. (Herniated disc, cant squat or dead right now. Shoulder starts hurting, benching is harder.)

is the pain deep in the shoulder? or more in the back?

Traction, ice and mobility work. Indian clubs worked wonders for me.

I appreciate you all taking the time to answer in this thread. The pain is in the front and feels like it's deep. Ill do some more traction at the gym today. I've been planning on picking up some indian clubs for a while now
